Domestic Hot Water:  COMPLETE

The building replaced the DHW  riser (Domestic Hot Water) in a capital project that started in August, 2022. The project was finished at the end of 2024

Hallway Retrofit:

The building approved the hallway retrofit which started in 2025.  Owners were asked to vote on various design options to refinish the hallways throughout the building. New wallpaper can be seen throughout the upper floors.  Looks great.  Stay tuned for photos!
